Mr. Buddylee: The Poem.

 

 Mr. Buddylee has many admirer’s, but one of his greatest is his mom.  Corbe’s poem, “Who Will We Meet Today?” is not only a tribute to her Hound but is also in honor of Dr. Seuss’s birthday.  Dr Suess was born in Springfield, Massachusetts on March 2nd, 1904.  For a little larger, and more readable version please click HERE.

    1. Dream ON… Louise Bassett was the only one of JB’s pups who would play dress-up w/out too much of a grumble. Ask to see her “Cow-girl” picture sometime. That one she did complain about.

    Budlee is the best, well above all the rest…
    We follow his website, where dad does it all right…
    The town is so blest, for BuddyLee’s quest…
    To be the Yankeetown greeter, nothing could be neater…
    He’s the “top dog” in town, as he makes his round…
