Mr. Buddylee knows there is always light at the end of the tunnel. A positive thinking and happy hound is an important component in our life. Another favorite walking path of Mr. B’s is this converted railroad bed(rails to trails) that passes under one of the main streets in town. The giant metal tube that forms the tunnel wall amplifies Buddylee’s howl. CLICK HERE for a sample of his distinctive voice. At one half mile this path is part of a regular 2 mile walk.

Slinky is NOT an exercse hound, she considers herself as more of a deep thinker; however, she does feel that Mr. Buddylee’s exercise efforts are food for thought. The benefits of pets and treats are definitely worth some thought and effort.
Slinky swoons when she hears Mr. Buddlee’s suave, sophisticated and charismatic howl!
Love this post..One neat place. Have a tunnel like this in Crytsl River only it goes under Cutler Spur Rd and is a canal from a kayak rental. You actually paddle thru the tunnel to get to 3 Sisters Spring and King’s Bay. The echo as you go under is neat. Can’t wait to get home where I have sound and hear Buddylee’s howl in the chamber. This pup leads such an interesting life.
No wonder the tunnel is completely empty with such a ferocious warrior standing guard!!!
I understand that you and Miss K will hear those melodious sounds in person soon. Can’t wait!!!

M and S- Sad to say that no one can meditate or exercise deep thinking when BuddyLee is awake.
