Mr. Buddylee Is Wondering: Is This Supposed To Be My New Best Friend?

Andrew suggested that we call him Dumbo because of his rather large ears. As most bassets have humanesque names, and because I couldn’t come up w/ a first name that complimented “Dumbo”, we have dubbed himself “D. Dumbo Basset”. Andrew approves. Welcome, D. Dumbo.
I feel horrible that I am just getting on here but I absolutely agree that there is no replacing our live “BUDDY LEE” !How wonderful it is to see the two of them getting along so well.I wonder, though, could Buddylee actually be contemplating some kind of plot to take out the “NEW” guy??? Just kidding, He was really meant to bring happiness and friendship to buddylee of a different kind. He is so easy to get along with if he gets his way, He’s very helpful if you can find him, He has the patience of a saint if you don’t bother him. You know ……This sounds like a match made in heaven.
